Gloved hands shucking oysters at oyster display on ice.

May 18 | 5:00pm-8:00pm | South Building Outdoor Amphitheater.
Members $120 | Non-Members $125.

Get ready for a shuckin' good time along Owls Creek, with live music from a local musician, drinks, and fresh oysters farmed from local waterways. The menu will include an array of oysters, including char-broiled, po'boys, and flights on the half shell, and an open bar with beer and wine. Fresh oysters will be shucked and prepared in real-time at the event.

Representatives from our Sensible Seafood Program and the Chesapeake Bay Foundation (CBF) will be present to share the importance of oysters in our ecosystem and details about the local industry. The oyster shells will be collected and recycled by the CBF following the event.

Attendees must be at least 21 years old to attend. The event is located at our outdoor amphitheater at the South Building. Food, alcoholic drinks, and oysters are included with the price of admission. Ticket sales end May 12 at 5:00pm.
