Renovation Progress
What's Under Construction?
From time to time, select exhibits will close for renovation to reinvigorate the guest experience, provide routine maintenance, and ensure a safe space for our animals to inhabit. We cannot wait to welcome guests back to these areas soon, but in the meantime, follow along and learn about the progress below!
Our Watershed
April 4, 2025 - The Bubble Ring and Mountain Stream exhibit are closed while awaiting parts and repairs to function properly. The outdoor play area remains open for guests to play and explore.
Octopus Aquarium
April 3, 2025 - The Octopus Aquarium is currently undergoing maintenance. The octopus’ arrival date is not confirmed.
Mantis Shrimp
April 3, 2025 - Our mantis shrimp is currently off exhibit but should be back soon.
Surge Touch Pool
April 3, 2025 - The Surge Touch Pool (South Building) will be closed as well as the attached aquarium drained while our staff perform maintenance and work on water quality.
North Building Lobby
January 6, 2025 - Our North Building lobby is undergoing an exciting development to renovate and relocate a new Members desk. There will be construction on the south side of the lobby. Aquarium hours will not be affected.

North Building
Our North Building, as our main building, houses most of our larger species such as harbor seals, sea turtles, sharks, Komodo dragons, and more.

The South Building houses our otters, superpowered sea creatures, jellies, play areas, and interactive exhibits, as well as the entrance to the Adventure Park!
