Upcoming Scout Programs

Embark on an exciting overnight adventure for scouts at the Virginia Aquarium! This immersive experience offers scouts the opportunity to dive into the wonders of marine life while earning a special Explore Sea Turtles patch to commemorate their journey.

This program is designed to foster curiosity, teamwork, and environmental stewardship among scouts. Throughout the overnight stay, participants will engage in a series of hands-on activities led by experienced aquarium educators and staff. Don’t forget your sleeping bag and sense of adventure.

Scout overnights are offered exclusively to registered Scouts and their chaperones. Participants must be at least 5 years old. Late-night snacks and continental breakfast will be provided.

Private Scout overnights are available for groups of 65 or more to book for September 2026 and for January-March 2027. Contact our Programs team to make a request.
