Keeper Talks

Listen as our keepers share info about the animals in their care! Talks occur daily at 11:00am or 2:00pm, with location varying by day.

Animal Ambassador Presentations

Come meet one of our Animal Ambassadors at the South Building! Presentations are held daily at 11:30am at the Amphitheater, or in the Education Hall if weather requires.

Seal Feeding/Enrichment

Watch our staff feed and/or conduct enrichment sessions with our harbor seals daily at their exhibit outside the North Building entrance!

Boat Tours

We offer whale watching tours in the winter and dolphin watching tours during the warmer months, all in partnership with Rover Cruises!

Divers in Aquariums

Keep a careful lookout for our divers performing regularly scheduled maintenance in the largest aquariums. Chat with an Aquarium Educator nearby if you have any questions!

Gallery Programs

On occasion, Aquarium Educators conduct Q&A sessions at selected aquariums and exhibits.

Science on the Go

These pop-up interactive stations explain unique scientific topics to guests, such as coral bleaching or crab identification!

Toddler Programs

Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays | We offer several in-house programs for our littlest learners to enjoy, FREE with Aquarium admission!

Up Close & Personal

Our staff can occasionally be found among the exhibits with one of our Animal Ambassadors, ready to give you an up-close encounter and answer your questions!

Veterinary Exams

On occasion, guests can watch our veterinary team conduct a medical exam or procedure for an animal through the observation window of our Veterinary Clinic, located in the South Building!

Virtual Reality Pods

Enjoy our fully immersive simulators with stunning wrap-around sound and multi-directional movement. Settle in comfortably and experience beautiful and thrilling adventures and you will feel transported to many other worlds. $8 per guest ages 5+ (Members $6).

Watershed Warriors

Explore Owls Creek with enthusiastic guides and become an eco-champion through interactive science activities! This program occurs during summer along the Nature Trail.

What's In My Bag?

Keep your eyes peeled for our Educators wearing a "What's In My Bag?" pin. Ask them what's in their bag, and they'll show you items such as animal eggs, shells, bones, cuttlefish ink, and more for a close-up interaction!

The Adventure Park

Looking for something new and unique to get your heart racing? Experience the Adventure Park for the best ropes course climbing and ziplining adventure around! Requires a separate ticket.

Owl Creek Landing

Located behind our South Building, Owl Creek Landing features the first accessible spiral tower with the longest steel slide in the United States, an expansive canopy walk, and a children's treehouse playground. Requires a separate ticket.
